90 Day Challenge: Gratitude

In our forever busy lives, we often forget to pause and think of all the things we are grateful for. Let’s propose a ninety-day challenge. The first thing you should do when you wake up, and the last thing you should do at night, is say, “Thank you.” Express gratitude for at least two things each day. This morning, I said thank you to the cup of espresso that I drank within 10 seconds of making. Many of us are thankful for the Traffic Authority community. The ability to share our questions, revelations, and experience with one another allows us to stay on our toes and ahead of the game. When one focuses on the great things that are in their life, it enhances your mood and allows you to begin the day with a positive attitude. Start this ninety-day challenge, note all the things you are grateful for, and never forget to stop and smell the roses.
